We are currently hiring a Senior Corporate Recruiter to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! This role will serve as a dedicated talent partner to the Purchasing Power business, supporting hiring needs across a variety of corporate functions while proactively building talent pipelines for future growth. You will partner directly with business leaders to understand their goals, develop market intelligence, and build talent communities before roles ever open. This is a hybrid role based in our Atlantic Station office in Atlanta.
Employee Value Proposition (EVP): PROG is dedicated to providing people with opportunity; opportunity for inclusive collaboration, opportunity for innovation, and opportunity for development.
YOU ARE:A highly consultative, full-cycle recruiter who thrives in complex, hard-to-fill searches. You're equally comfortable partnering with senior leaders on workforce strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves to source passive talent. You don't wait for candidates to apply. You know where to find them, how to engage them, and how to build long-term pipelines before a requisition even opens.
You become deeply embedded with your business partners, taking time to understand their goals, challenges, and talent needs. You view yourself as a trusted advisor, not simply a requisition manager. You're well-connected in the Atlanta market and understand the value of networking, relationship building, and showing up. Whether it's industry events, community groups, referrals, or professional associations, you're always expanding your network and creating opportunities to connect with top talent.
You are excited to spend time in the market, attend industry and networking events, build talent communities, and serve as an ambassador for Purchasing Power. Experience supporting retail, eCommerce, merchandising, finance, accounting, marketing, product, technology, or other corporate business functions is highly valued.
You're resourceful, self-directed, and proactive. You identify opportunities before they become requests and bring market insights and creative solutions to the table. Most importantly, you're energized by innovation and actively embrace AI as part of your recruiting toolkit.
You're constantly exploring new ways to leverage AI to improve sourcing strategies, personalize candidate outreach, streamline recruiting operations, and deliver better hiring ou
tcomes.
