Responsibilities

  • Oversee Thermal LOTO procedures, system isolation, and configuration control for mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate closely with MEP superintendents, mechanical trades, and commissioning teams.
  • Lead efforts in quality inspections and resolve deficiencies to maintain project standards.
  • Facilitate commissioning readiness and ensure seamless operational transitions and client acceptance.
  • Monitor field issues and risks to ensure safety and project sequencing.
  • Provide necessary technical guidance to project teams as required.

The Senior Cooling Marshall sits within M/E/P Services and provides field leadership for cooling and mechanical systems on data center and mission-critical projects. This role helps drive coordination, installation, quality, startup readiness, commissioning readiness, and turnover while working closely with MEP superintendents, mechanical partners, controls teams, and commissioning teams.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
  • Own the cooling scope from installation and sequencing through startup, operational transition, and turnover.
  • Coordinate cooling systems, installation activities, startup requirements, and readiness efforts with field teams and trade partners.
  • Manage Thermal LOTO, system isolation, and configuration control for cooling and mechanical systems.
  • Work closely with MEP superintendents, mechanical trades, vendors, controls, operations, and commissioning teams.
  • Lead quality inspections, walkdowns, documentation, punch list activities, and deficiency resolution.
  • Support commissioning readiness, cutovers, mechanical completion, turnover, and client acceptance.
  • Track risks and field issues and help keep work moving safely and in sequence.
  • Provide technical guidance to field teams as needed.


Key Skills
  • Strong understanding of cooling and mechanical systems, controls, installation, startup, and commissioning readiness.
  • Experience with Thermal LOTO, system isolation, configuration control, and safe work practices.
  • Ability to coordinate across MEP teams, trades, vendors, controls, operations, and commissioning teams.

Requirements
