Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in construction project leadership, particularly in cooling or mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with data center or mission-critical environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in installation, quality control, mechanical completion, and system turnover.
• Knowledge of safety standards, notably Thermal LOTO and configuration control practices.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred, or must be able to obtain within 30 days.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including MEP, controls, and commissioning groups.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the cooling scope throughout all project phases, from installation to turnover.
• Coordinate installation and readiness of cooling systems with field teams and trade partners.
• Oversee Thermal LOTO procedures, system isolation, and configuration control for mechanical systems.
• Collaborate closely with MEP superintendents, mechanical trades, and commissioning teams.
• Lead efforts in quality inspections and resolve deficiencies to maintain project standards.
• Facilitate commissioning readiness and ensure seamless operational transitions and client acceptance.
• Monitor field issues and risks to ensure safety and project sequencing.
• Provide necessary technical guidance to project teams as required.
