Job descriptionJob descriptionJoin our HEMA (Health Economics & Market Access) department, a dynamic and expert team of more than 80 people located in 8 countries and representing over 15 nationalities. Our main activities are Health Economics, Evidence Value & Access, and Biostatistics. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects in French Market Access (FMA) and Health Technology Assessment (HTA).
Your missions - Act as Lead Analyst / Project Lead on Health Economics and HTA projects
- Take ownership of FMA-related activities, including work on CEESP submissions
- Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and define appropriate methodological approaches
- Lead the development of quantitative analyses (economic models, cost-effectiveness, budget impact, etc.)
- Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables, especially in line with French HTA requirements
- Manage projects and coordinate internal team members
- Act as main point of contact for clients
- Lead or contribute to client meetings and strategic discussions
Your profile - Experience in Health Economics / HTA (minimum 4 years)
- Experience with French market, especially CEESP submissions
- Proficiency in economic modeling, economic evaluation, and data analysis
- Master's degree or higher in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or related field
- Excel proficiency (VBA is a plus; R is a plus)
- English fluent. French is a plus.
- You demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and oral
- You show leadership and ability to take ownership of projects
- You are able to mentor and guide junior consultants
