Work You'll Do Drive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Agile Methodology, and Whole Product Thinking to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Financial Services Industry (FSI);
- Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems utilizing Miro, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Microsoft (MS) Visio, and Power BI;
- Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress utilizing Jira, Confluence, Airtable, MS SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing SAFe Framework, Empathy Maps, Customer Journey, Miro, MS Visio, Jira, and Confluence;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Jira Query Language (JQL), Dashboards, Plans, and MS Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Utilizing Zypher, Postman, SoapUI, and MS SQL Server to support Comprehensive System Testing, API Testing, Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Tableau, Business Process Modeling (BPM), Business Analysis, Miro, Figma, MS Power BI, Visio, and PowerPoint; and
- Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Confluence, Figma, MS Paint, PowerPoint, and Visio.
