We're hiring a
Senior Construction Project Manager to join our NY City Metro and Long Island City area team.
What You'll DoAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee the successful execution of large-scale repair and restoration projects ranging from approximately $5M to $15M+ in value. You'll be responsible for driving project performance from preconstruction through closeout while serving as a leader, mentor, and trusted partner to clients and project teams.
Successful Impacts Include:
- Managing complex self-performed concrete repair and restoration projects
- Leading project planning, execution, financial management, and closeout activities
- Maintaining full P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control
- Developing and managing project schedules in partnership with field leadership
- Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with support from internal contracts teams
- Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks
- Collaborating with Estimating and Business Development teams during pursuit and proposal development
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Field Managers, and project teams
- Championing STRUCTURAL's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For:Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, concrete restoration, specialty contracting, or related industries
- Proven experience managing projects valued between approximately $5M-$15M
- Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, and contract administration
- Experience leading and developing project teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software
Preferred experience managing projects involving:
- Structural concrete repair
- Building envelope and façade restoration
- Waterproofing systems
- Historic restoration
- Structural strengthening
- Corrosion mitigation and protection systems

**Salary Range: 150-190K (commensurate upon experience)**
