Senior Project Manager - Commercial Retail Construction
Location: Doral, FL Company: CPM Builders N.A., LLC Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Travel: Must be willing and available to travel as needed
Key Responsibilities
Oversee commercial retail construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall project performance.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.
Supervise project teams and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Monitor project costs, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
Travel to project locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
