Position OverviewInternational is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to join our team in Lisle, IL!
The Senior Compensation Consultant is an experienced compensation professional responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that support the organization’s talent and business strategies. This role serves as the primary compensation partner for sales incentive programs and employee recognition programs while also supporting major annual compensation processes and other cross-functional projects.
Working with a high degree of independence, the Senior Compensation Consultant analyzes complex compensation matters, recommends practical solutions, and partners with HR, Finance, Legal, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver accurate, timely, and well-governed programs. The position also serves as a subject-matter resource to colleagues and helps strengthen processes, documentation, controls, and overall program effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and ongoing enhancement of sales incentive compensation programs, including plan governance, participant support, and payout activities
- Manage compensation-related analyses and projects, providing insights and recommendations to business and HR leaders.
- Oversee employee recognition programs, including vendor management, budgeting, communications, and process improvements.
- Support major annual compensation processes such as performance increases, incentive payouts, and compensation communications.
- Conduct compensation analyses, market research, and job evaluations to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver effective compensation solutions and maintain strong compensation governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of compensation, benefits, or HR experience
- At least 1 years of lead experience

- Master's degree and at least 3 years of compensation, benefits, or HR experience
- At least 1 years of lead experience
OR
- At least 8 years of compensation, benefits, or HR experience
- At least 1 years of lead experience
