Full Job Description
The Senior Clinical Marketing Manager provides strategic clinical marketing leadership for the ACIST angiography portfolio, including ACIST Pro, CVi, and CVi+. The role develops clinical claims strategies and clinical and economic value messaging that strengthen the portfolio's competitive position across the U.S., Japan, EU, Canada, and China. Working cross-functionally with Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs/Medical Education, R&D, and Commercial teams, this position translates clinical evidence and market insights into differentiated, customer-relevant messaging for clinicians, healthcare decision-makers, and economic buyers. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: • Partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, R&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams to define and prioritize high-impact clinical claims across the angiography portfolio. • Develop evidence-based clinical value propositions and positioning that differentiate ACIST solutions and support commercial growth. • Translate clinical evidence, KOL insights, and study outcomes into compelling customer-facing messaging, claims, and physician engagement materials. • Create clinical and economic messaging that communicates patient, workflow, operational, and cost-of-care value to providers, payers, IDNs, and value analysis committees. • Serve as the marketing lead for roadmap initiatives that introduce new clinical value, ensuring clear messaging frameworks and commercial launch readiness. • Monitor competitive clinical evidence, claims, and market trends to identify differentiation opportunities and defend ACIST's market position. • Drive global consistency and adoption of clinical and economic messaging across commercial, field, and market access teams in the U.S., Europe, Japan, Canada, and China. • Ensure all clinical claims and supporting content are aligned with evidence, customer needs, and strategic business objectives. Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Minimum • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific, clinical, or business discipline. • 5+ years in clinical marketing, product marketing, medical affairs, or product management within medical devices; interventional cardiology, cath lab, or angiography strongly preferred. • Strong scientific writing; experience authoring or substantiating clinical claims in a regulated environment. • Comfortable partnering with KOLs, Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, R&D, and cross-functional commercial leaders at the portfolio level. • Experience developing economic or value-based messaging - value dossiers or IDN / value-analysis-committee material. • Track record of cross-functional influence on product positioning and portfolio strategy. • Demonstrated record of working across geographies and time zones in a global team environment. Preferred: • Familiarity with reimbursement pathways across major markets (US, EU, Japan, China). • Multi-region experience working with clinical and medical stakeholders across US, Japan, EU, Canada, and China. • Peer-reviewed publication or scientific congress contribution in interventional cardiology or a related field. Other: • Approximately 20-30% domestic and international travel (US, Japan, EU, Canada, China). Compensation & Total Rewards: Estimated Beginning Salary: $145,000.00 - $160,000.00 *Estimated salary is intended to reflect the salary Bracco Medical Technologies reasonably expects to pay for the position. The provided range is based on salary and market data and may vary based on an employee's eligibility for geographic differential pay in high-cost-of-labor markets.
