Full Job Description
Provides advanced clinical education services across the organization, serving as the department's clinical subject matter expert. Supports organizational education initiatives through departmental consulting process with emphasis on needs assessments and analysis, curriculum/instructional design, course instruction, evaluation/competency assessment techniques, project management, performance consulting, change management and innovation. Works with clinical and operational leadership to establish consistent standards, improve clinical practice, and demonstrate educational outcomes. This position may lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that require independent judgement and programmatic-level decision-making.
Schedule: Days, 36 hours per week.
