Senior Civil Engineer - AviationWhat You'll Do:- Lead the technical execution of complex civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction, preparing engineering calculations, technical reports, plans, and specifications
- Design and oversee civil infrastructure projects including grading, drainage, utilities, roadways, pavements, and site development for aviation facilities such as airports, terminals, airfields, and support facilities
- Serve as a technical leader, providing innovative engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and client standards
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating with planners, architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget
- Mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance, design reviews, and professional development support
- Support business development by preparing technical proposals, participating in client meetings, and delivering presentations to clients and regulatory agencies
What You Bring:- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience in civil site design, land development, municipal infrastructure, transportation, aviation, or other horizontal infrastructure projects required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong experience designing site grading, drainage, utilities, roadway, pavement, and other civil infrastructure systems
- Experience with FAA standards preferred
- Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices
- Proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred

Salary Range:$120,000 - $140,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
