About the Role

Bohler's Fairfield, CT office, serving Southern Connecticut, is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to support complex civil engineering, site design, and land development projects. You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality site design solutions while contributing technical expertise across grading, utilities, stormwater management, permitting, and project coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Design and review grading, drainage, and utility plans for complex sites
  • Conduct zoning research and site feasibility analyses
  • Support project coordination with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Review design deliverables for accuracy, quality, and compliance

What You'll Bring
