Senior Citrix Administrator

Responsibilities

This position is for a Senior Citrix Administrator supporting the ALTESS Windows team. This is currently a mixed and growing environment of Windows 2019 and Windows 2022. This position will work with the existing Windows team to manage,maintain, deploy, troubleshoot and support servers for a mixed customer environment. This position will plan, execute and implement new system HW and SW and create and maintain team technical instructions, operating procedures and policies as needed.

This position will need to be adept at monitoring and tuning system performance, ongoing operation of the servers, hardening of the servers and reporting of the overall security and operational status. The position will also recommend improvements to the enterprise and manage new SW/HW integrations when required while also providing utilization reports using existing tools to identify problems and corrective actions as needed. The position will need excellent communication and team skills. This position will provide support towards the lifecycle of a mixed environment of vendor equipment in the datacenter to include firmware version control and periodic preventive maintenance.This position will also need to be able to recommend, demonstrate, and implement technologies to help expand, upgrade, and increase efficiencies to the current environment. Qualifications

Requirements:

• a) CompTIA Security+.b) Computing Environment (CE) Certification (i.e., MCSE, Server+, CCNA, RedHat,Palo, etc.) 6 can be waived for 30 days after project join date.c) Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.d) Experience in Computer Science or IT.e) Five or more years' experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or Engineerdesigning, installing, and maintaining Citrix Xenapp, NetScaler Gateway, CitrixStorefront, and Citrix Director.f) Three more years9 experience in automating assigned tasks utilizing powershell.g) Three or more years9 installing, configuration, maintaining, and troubleshootingcomplex applications and websites IIS, Apache, etc.h) Three or more years9 experience working in an environment with complexnetworking solutions with senior level fundamental knowledge in networkingprinciples (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP).i) Strong interpersonal skills and willing to be a team player.

Desired Qualifications:

• a) Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent years of experience.b) Three or more years9 experience supporting Cybersecurity patch management andSecurity Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), SRG, RMF, SCA-V, and CyberOperational Readiness Assessments (CORA).c) Three or more years9 experience managing enterprise level Active DirectoryStructures.d) Three or more years9 experience creating and maintaining complex MS GroupPolicy implementations.e) Three or more years' experience creating, maintaining, following StandardOperating Procedures for repeatable processes, disaster recovery, and commonproblem resolution.f) Three or more years9 experience configuring and maintaining key services such asDNS, SFTP, SMTP, and NTP.

If hired for this position, the base salary range would be within the range provided. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to work location, skills, experience, gov con contractual requirements, and performance.
