What You'll Do- Own and architect the partner marketing strategy for North America, building innovative campaigns that advance our market leadership and drive results with major Solution and Reseller Partners.
- Take full responsibility for the regional partner budget and MDF allocation, ensuring every dollar invested delivers pipeline and revenue impact.
- Partner closely with channel leaders and executives to set joint go-to-market direction, vet partner plans, and unlock new routes to growth.
- Lead the planning and flawless execution of high-visibility GTM initiatives: from in-person events and major conference activations to partner-led webinars, integrated outbound programs, and customer-facing campaigns.
- Drive monday.com's overarching event strategy for our North America partner ecosystem-delivering memorable, measurable experiences in alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the senior touchpoint for every partner in the region, with the authority and insight to prioritize strategic relationships and maximize value creation.
- Spot opportunities to bring partners into monday.com's biggest campaigns and flagship events, amplifying our joint impact and visibility.
- Establish world-class tracking, reporting, and analysis to prove the power of your initiatives, optimize investment, and elevate our approach.
- Harness data, insights, and metrics to reimagine what effective partner marketing can achieve-and advocate for change at every level.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in partner marketing
- Deep understanding of NAM market
- Marketing event management experience is an advantage
- Budget management experience/MDF Program management experience
- Both high-level strategic thinking alongside hands-on requirements and skills.
- Working in a high-speed and dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at any given point in time.

The estimated annual base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including education, training, experience, business needs, and work location. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for either an annual discretionary bonus or a role-based, sales incentive plan. Certain roles may also include equity in the form of RSUs. Full compensation details, including any applicable bonus or incentive plan, will be provided in the hiring process.
