Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 1-3+ years in finance, analytics, or business operations; experience in residential solar, FP&A, treasury or investor relations preferred.
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to connect financial data to operational reality.
• Proficient in analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms is a plus.
• Experience in managing large datasets and creating structured reporting outputs.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to task ownership and cross-team coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly capital markets reporting, including tax equity funds and ABS issuances.
• Manage and analyze large datasets for fund reporting and investor requirements.
• Create and maintain reporting templates, focusing on automation in partnership with technology teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of how solar loan origination and financing connect to capital markets activity.
• Support FP&A, treasury, and cash forecasting related to capital markets activities.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, and Accounting for alignment on Palmetto Finance matters.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting workflows and cross-functional efficiency.
