Job Title: Senior Buyer - Strategic Procurement
Working Pattern: Full Time - This position is primarily based in a flexible office environment and follows a standard Monday through Friday work schedule, in alignment with the Rolls-Royce America Inc. Flexible Work Policy.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Buyer – Finished Components to join our global procurement team. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and driving cost, quality, and delivery performance across a portfolio of production components.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration, with experience supporting new product launches through series production in a global manufacturing environment.
