POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Business Manager provides critical support to Global Customer Management (GCM) by owning and developing the reporting framework for the customer account.
The primary focus of the role is to establish accurate, consistent and scalable internal and customer reporting across operational performance, implementations and other key account programs. The role will translate business requirements and operational data into executive-level reporting, dashboards and actionable insights that improve visibility and support decision-making.
In parallel, the Senior Business Manager will help strengthen the underlying data environment supporting these reports by improving data connections, automation and integration across systems. The role will serve as a link between GCM, operations and technical teams to ensure reporting requirements are translated into sustainable data and BI solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Own and continuously improve the internal and external reporting and reporting frameworks for the customer account.
- Develop and maintain standardized executive reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPI reporting across account programs.
- Partner with GCM leadership and functional teams to define reporting requirements, KPIs, reporting cadence and performance measures.
- Consolidate information across sites, regions, functions and systems into consistent account-level reporting.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, exceptions and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, timely and aligned with current customer and business requirements.
- Design and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel and other approved BI tools.
- Drive greater automation and reduce dependency on manually compiled reports and disconnected data sources.
- Partner with IT, BI, systems teams and developers to improve data availability, connectivity and reporting infrastructure.
- Support development of SQL queries, datasets, data models and system connections required to enable reporting.
- Develop and manage the roadmap for reporting improvements, automation and supporting data capabilities.
- Support executive reviews, steering committees and customer meetings through effective reporting, analytics and presentation of business insights.
- Act as the GCM interface between business stakeholders and technical resources, translating business reporting needs into clear technical requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, program management or a related discipline preferred.
- Experience supporting reporting within complex, multi-site or multi-functional environments.
- Logistics, supply chain, warehousing or operational experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Information Systems or related field preferred.
Computer Skills- Experience supporting system integrations, data connections, APIs, ETL processes or similar data-enablement activities.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational data sources.
- Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric or comparable reporting/data technologies preferred.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $112,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
