Position Description: We are seeking a Senior Business Consultant to support business transformation, process optimization, and strategic improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The role focuses on business analysis, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and change management.
This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at our downtown Toronto office and/or the applicable work location at least two days per week. This requirement is subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities: - Lead business transformation, process optimization, and strategic improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend scalable solutions based on industry best practices.
- Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives, including process mapping, root cause analysis, KPI definition, and performance optimization.
- Lead change management activities for complex initiatives, supporting stakeholder alignment, adoption, and successful implementation.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to solve business problems, define future-state processes, and enable decision-making.
- Provide strategic consulting support through business analysis, transformation planning, and operational excellence recommendations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: - 7+ years of relevant experience in business consulting, business analysis, transformation, or process improvement.
- Strong experience with business transformation and end-to-end process optimization.
- Demonstrated skills in process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis, KPI definition, and performance improvement.
- Experience leading change management activities and supporting stakeholder adoption.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop strategic, scalable recommendations aligned with business objectives.
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,000-$145,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
