Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Product Delivery & Backlog Management
Own the Jira space end-to-end, including creation, refinement, prioritization , and lifecycle management
Prioritize the sprint backlog in partnership with Product leadership, aligning requested and delivered work
Drive sprint readiness and planning, with all work meeting the definition of done
Track sprint releases, including pass/fail status and external release notes (e.g., vendor releases)
Ensure requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation are clear, complete and current.

Release Management & Quality Ownership
Generate Jira release tickets and oversee release workflows and deployment coordination
Own Stage and Production UAT execution and documentation
Maintain release approval checklists and readiness criteria
Perform release audits and validation checks, confirming deployment integrity
Execute and monitor deployments (e.g., GitHub actions), managing post-release stability
Author and distribute release notes
Proactively communicate release status and impacts to business stakeholders.

Scrum & Agile Operations
Facilitate sprint planning and sprint retrospective meetings
Ensure sprint goals, scope, and outcomes are clearly defined and documented
Act as a consistent execution anchor within agile ceremonies.

Engineering, DevOps & Vendor Coordination
Serve as the primary touchpoint for technical and implementation questions
Coordinate deployment scripts and operational tasks with DevOps partners
Manage and document script execution logs and updates in Confluence
Ensure new scripts and operational artifacts are properly documented and accessible
Partner closely with internal engineering teams and external vendors to support smooth releases.

System & Platform Operations
Manage access and permissions for required systems and tools, including:
AWS
Security and scanning tools (e.g., DAST, BurpSuite, Outpost24)
Support platform stability through operational oversight and issue coordination

About You
3+ years of experience in product operations, product management, business systems, or technical delivery roles
Strong experience working within agile teams and managing Jira-based workflows
Hands-on experience with release management, UAT, and production readiness
Comfortable acting as a bridge between product, engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with data platforms or internal enterprise systems is a plus
Familiarity with media systems or the media landscape is a plus
Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification a plus

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

80,000.00 - 85,000.00

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
