The RoleCorporate Strategy & Transformation at Schonfeld is responsible for delivering the firm's highest priority strategic initiatives across our Investment, Operating, and Management Company Platforms. Our team partners closely with the COO and CTO to execute on key priorities and drive firm-wide change. Our focus is on developing and executing the firm's most mission-critical strategic plans.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and managing roadmaps that outline important milestones, requirements, and impact points of large cross-functional projects. This role is based in our 590 Madison Avenue, New York City office.
What you'll doIn this role, you will lead the planning and orchestration of key priorities across the organization. We're seeking someone to oversee the successful delivery of complex strategic initiatives. You will ensure transparency and alignment between business stakeholders, technology partners, and the firm's senior leaders. You will work with a range of subject matter experts to define and tackle complex challenges.
Our team manages a diverse range of cross-functional projects from planning to execution. We connect the firm's business strategy across the Front, Middle, and Back Office. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing projects within the financial services industry and demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills. What you'll bringWhat you need:- Demonstrated experience leading strategic projects in the financial services industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills.
- 3-5 years' experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or management consulting.
- Strong leadership ability with a track record of successfully driving large-scale initiatives.
- Data acumen, data storytelling and data literacy.
- A keen, analytical eye with a high regard for attention to detail.

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $150,000.00 and $180,000.00. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
