Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with a focus on cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong expertise in process mapping and documentation for both current-state and future-state processes.
• Proven record of producing high-quality, clear requirements to minimize rework and ambiguity.
• Experience leading RFP/RFQ processes and supporting enterprise software selection and implementation.
• Excellent facilitation skills and ability to manage diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate needs into testable requirements.
• Document current-state processes and articulate future-state workflows, including exceptions and handoffs.
• Facilitate workshops to drive decisions on project scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Support project delivery through user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and defect triage.
• Write and manage RFP/RFQ documentation, vendor evaluations, and recommend selections based on scoring.
• Establish and enhance BA standards, templates, and quality for requirements across the IT Applications team.
