Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field; master's degree or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in asset management, with an emphasis on buy-side multi-asset strategies.
• Recent hands-on experience managing multi-asset front office solutions including various security types.
• Experience in integrating front, middle, and back office functions, specifically with accounting systems for performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies.
• Solid understanding of enterprise data management and business process modeling principles.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, and IT teams.
• Define future state business models for long/short portfolio management efficiencies.
• Design business workflows for diverse asset classes, including Equities, ETFs, and more.
• Oversee the delivery and integration of order management systems with master and position data.
• Collaborate with the project team on bi-directional integrations with trading and accounting systems.
• Contribute to the design of data models for strategic data stores.
• Conduct data analysis, establish data governance, and implement process controls.
