Full Job Description
Overview

Corgan is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our enterprise platform estate, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the primary system of expertise. This role sits within the Business Technology team.

This is a senior individual contributor role built for someone who works with a high degree of autonomy. You will own platform initiatives end-to-end, from requirements through adoption, and drive that work largely on your own. The role also carries a clear data discipline: keeping our platform data clean, deduplicated, and well governed is part of the job, not an afterthought.

At Corgan, we value a highly collaborative environment to achieve shared goals. Accordingly, this is advertised as a primarily onsite position in the Dallas, TX office.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading business analysis activities and hands-on delivery for enterprise systems, anchored by deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise and extending across the supported platform portfolio (HRIS, ATS, CRM, and FMS). Key responsibilities include:

Project Leadership & Implementation
  • Lead enterprise platform initiatives from intake through adoption, holding scope, timeline, and budget, and driving the work independently
  • Break ambiguous business problems into a defensible plan of work and execute against it with limited oversight
  • Manage your own delivery cadence across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional shared services partners, including HR, Accounting, Marketing, and Legal, to gather input and ensure seamless platform integration

Business Analysis & Requirements Management
  • Conduct comprehensive requirements analysis for system enhancements, configurations, and integrations
  • Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and validation sessions that drive decisions
  • Perform gap analysis between current state processes and desired future state functionality
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents and process flows

System Configuration & Optimization
  • Serve as the team's functional authority on Microsoft Dynamics 365, leading configuration of Customer Experience (CE/CRM) modules and supporting integrations
  • Configure and optimize adjacent platforms in the estate as needed, including HRIS, ATS, and FMS workflows
  • Guide platform roadmap decisions, release adoption, and ongoing system health

Data Quality & Integrity
  • Profile and analyze platform data to identify duplicate, incomplete, and conflicting records, with particular attention to vendor and client master data
  • Design and run data cleansing and deduplication efforts, and define the matching and survivorship rules that keep records clean over time
  • Review system roles and access assignments, and enforce least privilege to protect data integrity and reduce risk
  • Establish recurring data quality checks and reconciliation routines, and partner with stakeholders to resolve root causes rather than symptoms

Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Develop test plans and lead user acceptance testing (UAT), system, integration, and regression testing
  • Manage defect triage and remediation through resolution
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance meet business requirements

Stakeholder Management & Training
  • Serve as the primary business liaison for assigned platforms
  • Provide training and support to end users on system functionality and best practices
  • Develop user documentation, training materials, and process guides
  • Facilitate change management activities to drive successful, durable adoption

Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for process and cost optimization
  • Stay current with platform updates, new features, and industry best practices
  • Recommend system and process enhancements that increase efficiency
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion on their own, and effective written and verbal communication. The candidate must have experience working with both internal and external partners. • Proven track record of owning platform initiatives independently, from requirements through delivery, with limited oversight
  • Demonstrated strength in data analysis and cleansing, including profiling data for duplicate and conflicting records (such as vendor and client data) and driving deduplication and remediation
  • Experience reviewing system roles and access, and applying least-privilege principles to protect data integrity
  • Expert-level knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts and data management principles
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies and SDLC processes
