Position SummaryThe Senior Business Analyst leads structured discovery, requirements quality, process analysis, and change readiness support across Digital Technology initiatives. This is a horizontal role within the BRM-led BA spine, deployed into initiatives where deeper discovery, cross-functional analysis, data/reporting clarity, or requirements discipline is required.
The role spans the full BA lifecycle: stakeholder engagement, current-state analysis, problem framing, options identification, process mapping, data and reporting analysis, and documented requirements that make solid delivery possible. The Senior Business Analyst supports the BRM readiness gate by providing the discovery depth and requirements quality needed to determine whether work is sufficiently shaped to move forward.
The Senior Business Analyst operates in a model where BA capability is distributed across several roles. BRMs shape demand and own readiness, Project Managers carry light project-level analysis, change resources support adoption planning, and the dedicated BA team provides the senior deep-discovery capability when initiatives cross defined complexity thresholds. The role is equally comfortable in working-team workshops, vendor conversations, technical handoffs, and sponsor briefings.
This role reports to the Business Relationship Manager.
