CGI is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support the growth of its BICEPS intellectual property, a recognized MES platform deployed with over 40 clients in the manufacturing industry, primarily in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Reporting to the BICEPS team, you will act as a functional expert and strategic advisor to our clients and delivery teams. If you are interested in playing a key role in analyzing manufacturing processes, defining business needs, designing MES solutions, and implementing digital transformation projects in regulated environments, CGI offers you an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the success of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Act as a MES functional expert on BICEPS implementation projects
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digitization
• Translate operational needs into functional requirements, specifications, and target processes
• Participate in the functional configuration of the BICEPS solution and ensure alignment with client objectives
• Collaborate with technical, validation, quality, and integration teams to ensure successful implementation
• Contribute to testing, validation, training, and change management activities
• Support the development and evolution of the BICEPS intellectual property by sharing best practices and market needs
• Participate in pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and responses to RFPs when required

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, science, business administration, or relevant experience
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience implementing or using MES solutions in a manufacturing environment
• Significant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical, or other regulated industries
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality, traceability, batch management, and electronic batch records (eBR)
• Knowledge of GxP, GMP, ALCOA+, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
• Experience with recognized MES solutions (Werum PAS-X, Syncade, Opcenter, Sepasoft, PharmaSuite, BICEPS, or equivalent)
• Excellent skills in business analysis, functional documentation, and workshop facilitation
• Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, both operational and executive
• Experience in deploying eBR (Electronic Batch Records) solutions is considered an asset
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), LIMS, QMS, and SCADA is considered an asset
• Experience in manufacturing digital transformation or Industry 4.0 projects is considered an asset
• Experience in consulting and client-facing environments is considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written)

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 70 000$ et 135 000$. This position is a future opportunity.
