The Senior Business Analyst, Amazon is a critical member of the Haleon commercial sales organization, responsible for leading business intelligence, analytics, and reporting capabilities that support the Amazon business. This role transforms complex internal and external data into actionable insights that drive growth, improve operational effectiveness, and support strategic decision-making.
Working closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional partners, the Senior Business Analyst owns data management processes, product catalog maintenance, Power BI reporting solutions, and business performance analytics. The role also supports key internal and customer-facing business reviews through data-driven recommendations and executive-level storytelling.
Role Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Data Management
- Own the management of internal and external data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
- Develop and maintain product/item catalog structures and categorization methodologies to support reporting and analysis.
- Design, build, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Drive improvements in data governance, reporting automation, and process efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.
Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Own weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting for Amazon.
- Utilize Power BI, Amazon Vendor Central, Edge Market Share, Flywheel Commerce Cloud, Profitero, Circana, and internal systems to monitor business performance.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support sales, market share growth, profitability, and operational performance.
- Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for leadership teams.
Business Reviews & Strategic Support
- Own analytical support for internal and external Weekly/Mo./Qrtly. Business Reviews
- Lead performance and brand in-depth analysis
- Develop executive-level materials that clearly communicate performance, opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.
- Support customer planning and strategic initiatives through category and market insights.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Media, and Category teams to deliver business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing data-driven recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
- Communicate key business trends and insights to senior leadership and external partners.
- Lead reporting and analytics initiatives that improve decision-making across the organization.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor27s degree
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Experience managing large datasets and translating analytics into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Amazon, eCommerce, omnichannel retail, or CPG businesses.
- Experience with Circana, NielsenIQ, IRI, Flywheel Commerce Cloud, Profitero, Amazon Vendor Central, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, DAX, data modeling, automation, or advanced analytics tools.
- Proven ability to influence business decisions through insights and executive-level storytelling.
- Demonstrated success managing competing priorities and solving complex business challenges.

This role is located at our Warren, NJ office with a 3-day per week in-office requirement.
The expected salary range for this role is $108,721 - $163,082.
