Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Refrigeration and Cold Room Design.
• 5+ years of experience in CO2 cold room design and operation.
• Proficiency in automating processes and deploying related technologies and systems.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and validation processes.
• Experience in a GxP-regulated operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Cold Room and Refrigeration systems for manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Ensure cold room designs comply with engineering, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee commissioning and operational validation of new automated cold room systems.
• Develop and implement vital automation and software systems alongside validation processes.
• Support CQV activities for cold room systems to ensure compliance and efficacy.
• Conduct training for operational staff on proper cold room system usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold GxP compliance and operational standards.
