OVERVIEWMorning Brew is seeking an energetic, proactive, and highly organized Sr Associate to join our Talent Acquisition and People Ops team. Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, this role is designed to support a smooth, equitable, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding process. You'll be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and consistency of recruiting operations, while also contributing to Morning Brew's strong employer brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for junior-to-senior full-time positions and contract roles.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and management for our internship program.
- Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee logistics to keep momentum going for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Utilize various diversity job platforms to post job descriptions and source candidates.
- Ensure in-person interview days are seamless - greeting candidates, prepping rooms, and supporting onsite logistics.
- Coordinate employee onboarding with departments, ensure the return of required paperwork, schedule employees for orientation, and partner with cross-functional teams for a smooth onboarding experience.
- Assist with planning and logistics for recruiting and DEI events to strengthen Morning Brew's employer brand.
- Help maintain employee updates in our systems.
- Champion our work culture - you'll help set the tone for what it feels like to work here.
- Find opportunities to streamline processes, create efficiencies, and improve the team's overall productivity.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING- 3-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
- A deep appreciation for people, culture, and values.
- Ability to work four days per week in our New York City office.
COMPENSATION $80,000-$90,000 DOE *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
