Senior Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering and Design team in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities:- Contribute to the successful delivery of various types of data center projects and clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and deliver best-in-class designs.
- Lead engineering teams through projects meeting schedule, scope, budget, and expectations.
- Monthly track project performance.
- Participate in all phases of project planning and execution to ensure seamless delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals that align scopes of work with client needs and budgets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers to support project and business success.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry- Ten (10) years' experience.
- Professional Engineering License, NCEES Multi-State License.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline required or equivalent work experience required. Onsite construction experience considered and welcome.
- Five (5) years of experience in Revit preferred. Knowledge of other CAD/BIM tools welcome.
- Familiarity with MATLAB, VBA, Python, InDesign, IES-VE, and/or other software tools welcome.

The pay range for this position is $120,510 - $204,900 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
