Your Opportunity

We are seeking a SeniorAssociate, M&A and Capital Markets to join our Advisory team. This is a replacement role and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your work will directly support high-impact transactions and client

outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare transaction marketing materials, such as teasers, confidential information memorandums, and management presentations.
  • Prepare lists of potential acquisition targets, buyers, and investors.
  • Perform in-depth financial analyses, including analyzing and understanding the sustainability of earnings and cash flows, operating working capital requirements, and key value drivers.
  • Prepare financial models including historical and forecast operating models, net working capital calculations, and other transaction-specific analyses.
  • Communicate with transaction counterparties including sellers, buyers, accountants, legal counsel, and other advisors.
  • Conduct market, industry, and company research to support transactions and business development activities.
  • Support various business development initiatives through the preparation of pitch materials and marketing content.
  • Oversee the work of junior team members, including delegating responsibilities and reviewing deliverables.

Your experience and education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with a CPA, CFA, or CBV designation.
  • 3-4 years of experience in audit, valuation, corporate finance, M&A advisory, or other related professional services.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a solid foundation of accounting and corporate finance knowledge.
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours and travel within Canada and North America, as required.

The expected range of compensation for this role is $68,000 - $104,000 annually
