The Sales Associate plays a critical role in supporting a high-performing sales team in delivering revenue goals and strengthening the sales pipeline. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, contributing to the sale of standard offerings, and supporting sales campaigns designed to drive team targets. The Sales Associate also serves as a key operational partner-ensuring the team's administrative, prospecting, and customer engagement activities run efficiently and at pace.

- Seek new business opportunities through new account acquisition and/or penetration of new buyer hubs within existing accounts.
- Support the team in delivering against assigned sales and activity targets within a defined territory.
- Execute high-efficiency, high-volume prospecting to generate and qualify leads that feed the team's pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with lead generation, account managers, and other internal stakeholders to maximize the impact of joint sales efforts.
- Offer day-to-day operational support to the sales team to enable swift progress against sales targets.
- Seek mentorship and coaching from experienced sales team members, demonstrating curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
