SENIOR ASSOCIATE, HEALTHCARE CONSULTING

The Senior Healthcare Associate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on healthcare-related issues specific to Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their unique requirements. The Senior Healthcare Associate will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and regulations, and for providing training and support to other members of the team as needed.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on healthcare reimbursement related issues
  • Medicare and Medicaid cost report preparation
  • Develop customized solutions that meet clients' unique requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare reimbursement trends and regulations
  • Provide training and support to other members of the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients

Qualifications:
  • Meets all requirements to sit for CPA exam
    • Those possessing CPA certification will be given preference
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business degree related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field
  • Cost Report preparation experience
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement regulations and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
