SENIOR WEALTH STRATEGISTThis position may work from our Nasvhille, Dallas, Summerville, or Sarasota locations.Position OverviewThe Senior Wealth Strategist will serve high net worth clients as the family strategist to include trusts and estate administration. This position is responsible generating new business by establishing and maintaining partnerships within the family of companies that foster referrals and teamwork, and will assist the Portfolio Manager in setting investment objectives client portfolios. The Senior Wealth Strategist is the primary point of contact and relationship manager for the established clients in their portfolio. This position reports directly to the CEO & Vice-Chairman.
Essential Functions:- Participate prospecting and the sale process of new client relationships.
- Manage HNW client relationships
- Work with the clients advisory team to consult on HNW client planning needs and implementation
- Monitor compliance with trust documents.
- Direct the administration of department estate accounts.
- Work with local professionals on trust and estate matters.
- Refer new business within the family of companies.
- Provide excellent customer service to a diverse customer base.
- Function as part of the wealth trust team, interacting with other members of the trust department to attain departmental goals.
- Direct the Administrator to maintain trust files.
- Provide clear and consistent follow-up as needed on all client issues and needs.
- Work as a team to solve client issues and grow client revenue.
- Adhere to all compliance standards including but not limited to the USA Patriot Act and the Anti-Money Laundering Program.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with little supervision when needed and able to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two years or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CPA, JD, or CTFA preferred; no certificates, licenses, or registrations required.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
- Ability to advise on complex estate structures
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to overcome client objections.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
