    • Oversee State Street and Brown Brothers Harriman (accounting agents) in administering the day-to-day operations of the funds including overseeing NAV calculations and reviews of key reconciliations.
    • Coordinate and/or review fund-of-fund trade activity
  • Financial and regulatory reporting:
    • Lead or support risk-based reviews of fund financial statements, tailored shareholder reports and related disclosure documents.
    • Review fund-related SEC filings, which may include Forms N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR, N-MFP, prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information and other regulatory filings.
    • Support disclosure controls and procedures in connection with Principal Financial Officer/Principal Executive Officer certifications.
  • Strategic initiatives and product support:
    • Support new product launches, fund reorganizations, mergers, liquidations, share class launches, fee changes and other product or business initiatives.
  • Process improvement, automation and scalability
    • Assist in the identification of opportunities to streamline, standardize and automate manual or duplicative processes across Fund Treasury.
    • Help build dashboards, metrics, exception reporting, workflow tools, issue trackers and reporting routines that improve transparency and accountability.

You'll need to have:

  • 5-10+ years of relevant experience in asset management, mutual fund administration, fund accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, fund audit and/or related fund oversight roles.
  • Working knowledge of registered investment companies and U.S. GAAP for investment companies, with a desire to continue developing technical expertise.
  • Experience supporting or reviewing fund financial statements, tailored shareholder reports, SEC filings and/or disclosure controls.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify issues, assess risk, evaluate downstream implications and recommend practical solutions.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross functional team.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly.
