In this role, you will take ownership across digital infrastructure investments, from helping source opportunities through execution and exit. You will deploy third-party equity capital and actively manage existing investments with a clear focus on long-term value creation. You will partner closely with senior leaders in our portfolio companies to set strategy, guide business planning, and manage performance. You will also support mentoring and development within our team while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing culture.

You bring the experience, judgement, and mindset needed to lead investments and support growing businesses in a dynamic environment.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, where experience in a direct investing role is preferred
- Experience in the digital or communications industries is highly preferred
- A proven track record of leading transactions through successful execution
- Strong analytical, technical, interpersonal, and commercial skills with an entrepreneurial approach
- Highly motivated to learn, drive performance improvement and create shareholder value in new and existing investments
Salary range for this position: $185,000 - 235,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
