Senior Associate Brand Manager
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Associate Brand Manager – Content & Connections, you have a talent for recognizing trends, brand building, aiming for bigger goals, and an active interest in keeping up with trends, market needs, and your organization’s competitive standing. In this role you will report to the Marketing Content & Connections Leader. You will bring strategic leadership across media, design, and owned platforms to fuel consumer love and brand equity. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams – including Business Delivery, Agency Partners, Search & Content, CEX & Digital, Marketing Operations, and Design – to elevate and unify the Poise brand across every touchpoint.
In this role, you will:
- Actively participate in the execution of brand commercial programs and oversees owned channel content design strategy and execution.
- Creates compelling stories and makes sound recommendations about the brand, competitive, category, customer or consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and market performance.
- Use business acumen in conjunction with marketing competency to influence and lead projects cross-functionally.
- Collaborate across categories, to identify and proactively drive efficient brand building.
- Actively conduct both basic and in-depth analysis to identify problems, find trends, develop hypothesis, and drive the organization towards decisions to strengthen the brand’s plan.
- Oversees influencer and paid and organic social campaigns
- Holistic search strategy: take the reins on both paid and organic search. You’ll work closely with agency and internal teams to develop and execute a unified strategy that ensures Poise is always discoverable and top-of-mind.
- Benefit visualizations: bring the brand to life through compelling visuals and product demonstrations that educate and inspire.
- Own end-to-end strategy, toolkits, and execution across shopper marketing and partner with our digital commerce leads to drive the retail plans.
- Be the architect of our digital shelf. You’ll lead the strategy and execution of product detail pages and brand store experiences that convert interest into loyalty.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive more integrated national and retail media plans.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing/Business related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years previous business experience; brand management or digital marketing preferred.
- Previous marketing internship or full-time experience at a Fortune 500 CPG company.
- Familiarity with brand development planning, innovation, and creative ideation processes.
- Experience developing digital marketing strategy and activation plans to deliver effective personalization.
- Strong analytical knowledge with ability to drive to solutions.
- Ability to influence and deliver compelling communication.
- Demonstrated positive energy to effectively represent brand internally and externally.
- Must be self-driven, not deadline driven.
- Experience working with cross-functional groups (e.g finance, sales, operations, planning)

Salary Range: 116,380 – 143,740 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
