About the roleAs a Senior Associate in our Financial Accounting Advisory Services team, you will be a key contributor on client engagements spanning technical accounting, audit readiness, controllership support, and process optimization. You'll work directly with client finance leaders and cross-functional BAO teams, owning workstreams end-to-end while mentoring staff and advancing your own technical depth.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate, located in Dallas, TX. You will be responsible for providing strategic consulting support to clients, analyzing data, and developing actionable insights. Tasks will include managing client deliverables, conducting research, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications- 3+ years in public accounting/consulting (Big 4 or equivalent) and/or corporate accounting/finance, with progressive responsibility.
- Bachelor's in Accounting (or related field). CPA (or CPA-eligible/candidate) strongly preferred.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS exposure a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in technical accounting advisory, audit readiness, and/or controllership/functional accounting.
- Excel (modeling, data manipulation) and PowerPoint proficiency; comfort learning new tools quickly.
- Detail orientation with a high sense of urgency, initiative, and ownership.
- Ability to manage and do-run complex workstreams while executing your own deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills across staff-to-executive stakeholders; crisp memo writing.
- Team mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, client-first environment.

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 130,000 USD per year (HQ)
