About the RoleSS&C, through our partnership with Lighthouse Investment Partners, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Associate Manager or Manager, Treasury team supporting a global, multi-strategy investment platform with over $20B in AUM. This individual will play a critical role in managing daily treasury operations, engaging with counterparties, and supporting the firm's funding and securities lending activities across our managed account portfolios.
How You Will Make an Impact - Oversee accurate allocation, payment and reporting of vendor invoices
- Maintain and reconcile daily operating cash balances
- Review and analyze wire related expense invoices, capital activity, and investor activity
- Liaise with fund administrators, bank institutions and senior management to ensure accurate expense allocation and timely payment
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables and internal performance metrics
- Develop and maintain internal calendars to ensure timely expense, investor, and investment payments
Required Experience - 3 to 6+ years of accounting and treasury management experience
- Strong understanding of expense allocation and vendor payment oversight
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, attention to detail, and process improvement
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $60,000 USD to $130,000 USD.
In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
