About the RoleSS&C, through our partnership with Lighthouse Investment Partners, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Associate - Associate Manager or Manager of Financial Reporting team supporting a global, multi-strategy investment platform with over $20B in AUM.
How You Will Make an Impact - Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and investor reports
- Deep understanding of how general ledgers, trial balances and other reports aggregate under US GAAP
- Liaise with external auditors, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables and internal performance metrics
- Develop and maintain internal reporting calendars and audit timelines
Required Experience - 3 to 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
- Strong understanding of partnership and hedge fund accounting and financial statement preparation under the US AICPA Investment Companies guide
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and build strong client relationships
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Experience with SS&C Advent Geneva a plus

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $60,000 USD to $130,000 USD.
In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
