Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Advisory Learning & Development Delivery organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution for assigned programs and contribute to larger, more complex programs to ensure seamless execution of all logistical items such as communications, participant management, learner operations, and compliance
  • Manage the full learner lifecycle, including registration, communications, and issue resolution, ensuring a high-quality participant experience
  • Coordinate program logistics and execution across stakeholder, facilitator, and venues to ensure alignment and delivery readiness
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement, proactively implementing solutions to enhance delivery outcomes
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Leverage tools and technology, including AI solutions (e.g. Copilot, Gemini), to analyze data, generate insights, and communicate findings to support program effectiveness, reporting, and drive continuous improvement
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in data analytics, business analysis, program operations, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business or analytical discipline preferred
  • Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyze complex problems, identify risks, and propose solutions with the ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and AI tools, with demonstrated experience applying these tools in a professional setting
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey insights and recommendations
  • Experience with learning delivery, event logistics, or program operations is a plus
