Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program with 8 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 7 years of experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience preferred.
• Registered architect status is preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing design and graphic presentation skills is preferred.
• Expert understanding of architectural concepts, building codes, ADA standards, and specification writing.
• Proficient in software including BIM (Revit), Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure design objectives are met in construction documentation.
• Mentor and guide teams in creating accurate technical and contract documentation.
• Oversee construction administration tasks such as bid reviews and site visits to address technical issues.
• Collaborate with governmental and regulatory bodies to meet project schedules and goals.
• Manage and recruit talent for project needs including 3D renderings and presentations.
