BS Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field experience
8-10 years' experience in machining, programming, and processing complex parts
Deep understanding of 5-axis machining
Knowledgeable in Heidenhain and Siemens controls
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Proven ability to work in teams and deliver high performance
Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally
Responsibilities
Conducts time studies, test cuts, and machine demonstrations
Programs multi-axis applications using CAM systems
Evaluates technical feasibility of RFQs and turnkey projects
Creates innovative machining processes
Delivers application support both in-house and on customer sites
Offers technical sales support at tradeshows and open house events
Provides analysis and training for customer production
