- Lead a variety of projects, including full deployment of applications at the unit level and initiatives supporting Inventory and Training team objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in data collection and database creation to support CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Services) software deployment.
- Provide first-level program support and user training, ensuring effective adoption and usage of CMMS applications.
- Conduct inventory services, identifying locations, assets, and key data for accurate and complete database development.
- Perform quality assurance, testing, and data conversion from legacy CMMS systems to the current platform.
- Review and update existing databases to ensure compliance with standardized facilities management practices and company standards.
What you'll bring You're analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with Power BI, KPI data and complex datasets. You can validate results, troubleshoot data gaps, manage multiple deployments and communicate effectively with site and data teams.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI, reporting, business intelligence, application deployment or data analytics. Strong Excel/data-management skills and ability to work with KPI and operational datasets.
