These are some of the key components to the position: - Product Definition: Collaborate with engineering teams and Product Managers in workshops to contribute significantly to defining new product features.
- Technical Ownership: Consistently deliver high-quality software that meets team best practices and expectations.
- Project Management: Take complete ownership of components you develop, managing timelines and transparently communicating progress towards wider team and organizational goals.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Share your progress and ideas with your team, and contribute to the growth of the Android guild by sharing new development practices, patterns, and standards.
- Inner Source Model Contributions: As a Trusted Contributor, youll play a vital role in contributing to other teams repos to integrate new features into their codebase.

- Engineering Excellence: Expertise in crafting object-oriented, high-performance software characterized by exceptional readability and maintainability.
- Language Mastery: Extensive professional experience with the Kotlin programming language, including Proficiency in building user interfaces with Jetpack Compose, integration and unit testing.
- Architectural Proficiency: Strong understanding and experience with Android architecture (multi-modules, Dependency Injection, MVVM).
- Backend Integration: Demonstrated capability in interfacing with server-side APIs within a complex Microservices ecosystem.
- Modular Design: A profound understanding of building software through decoupled, reusable components.
- Collaborative Mindset: Enthusiasm for pair programming, rigorous code reviews, and proactive knowledge exchange.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive within a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving technical environment.
- Articulation: Great verbal and written communication skills in English.

Compensation range: $102,000.00 - $128,250.00
