Senior Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our data and analytics team to help us shape the future of our data platform and product. We're open to candidates from analytics engineering, data engineering, data science, analytics, or similar backgrounds. What matters most is your ability to connect technical solutions to business impact, work through ambiguity, and drive projects from idea through implementation and adoption. Who you are As our data function matures, our highest-value opportunities sit at the intersection of analytics, data science, AI, and data activation. This role is designed for someone who can understand the business problem, determine the right approach in collaboration with our business stakeholders, and build scalable solutions. Over time, we would expect you to become a trusted owner of important problem areas and independently move work from idea to impact. Depending on the problem, that might mean building canonical data models, improving our semantic layer, creating dashboards and self-service analytics, developing predictive models, activating data in operational workflows, or prototyping AI agents that make insights more accessible across the business.
