This role partners cross-functionally to define data strategy, build reliable pipelines, and deliver scalable BI solutions that enable self-service analytics and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design and deployment of automated data infrastructure – from defining initial data requirements and owning table/schema design to creating reliable, production data pipelines that power both internal analytics and customer-facing product experiences.
  • Work with product and software engineering teams to define tracking strategy and data requirements; design and build automated scripts using SQL or python to transform raw source data into datasets for use in front-end business products and for analysts across the company.
  • Develop and implement data quality and pipeline monitoring procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of data, including validation rules, data audits, and resolution of data discrepancies.
  • Design warehouse architecture and infrastructure to support all business reporting needs.  Design tables, schemas, and processes that efficiently compile datasets that support both analytical and front-end use cases.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams on projects to understand their data needs and provide them with the tools and resources they need to access and analyze data.
  • Lead business analysis in support of strategic business development – work with stakeholders to help them access, analyze, and interpret data and understand business implications.
  • Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions in Power BI, built on curated datasets and data models to enable self-service analytics and drive decision-making across product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Apply analytical and data science techniques to curate datasets and develop models that power the Homes.com front-end experience.
  • Partner with Data Science and Machine Learning teams to productionize models and scale advanced use cases, including applications of LLMs to synthesize user behavior and summarize engagement patterns.

Basic Qualifications
