The team owns Rivian's Long-Range Financial Plan (LRP)-the foundational roadmap connecting corporate ambition with resource requirements and capital strategy. Beyond enterprise planning, the team evaluates major corporate transactions, novel commercial structures, capital allocation decisions, and strategic partnerships. The team has been involved in helping Rivian raise more than $15 billion in capital across equity, debt, joint venture, and strategic partnership transactions, including Rivian's partnership with Uber and its Department of Energy loan program.
Our scope extends across the entire enterprise, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Corporate Development, Accounting, and Investor Relations to turn high-level strategy into concrete, auditable plans.

- Architect New Business Cases: Build rigorous financial models from the ground up to evaluate new market entries, technology investments, commercial partnerships, and make-vs-buy decisions.
- Rigorous Cross-Functional Diligence: Partner directly with technical leaders across Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Operations to diligence assumptions, challenge consensus, and ensure data integrity.
- Shape C-Suite Decisions: Translate multi-layered, multi-scenario financial models into crisp memos and executive presentations that drive rapid decision-making.
- Modernize Financial Workflows: Integrate advanced analytics and modern AI productivity tools to accelerate data synthesis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario iteration.
