Job Title
Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance

CoorsTek is seeking a highly analytical, execution-focused Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance to support initiatives focused on working capital optimization, capital structure, and finance transformation. With minimal guidance, the Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance supports strategic finance, treasury, and shared services initiatives focused on working capital optimization, financial process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision support. This role conducts financial and operational analysis, develops dashboards and executive presentations, and partners with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve processes across Treasury, AR, AP, and expense management. The position also supports SAP implementation activities, capital structure and financing analysis, and acquisition-related diligence as business needs evolve

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial, operational, and process analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives that improve process efficiency, controls, visibility, and cash optimization across AR, AP, Treasury, and Expense Management functions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and redesign financial processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to implement practical and sustainable process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboards.
  • Leverage modern analytics tools and AI capabilities to improve reporting and decision support.
  • Support SAP implementation, rollout, testing, and post-go-live optimization activities.
  • Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process improvements.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of automation and AI-enabled tools.
  • Act as a "plug-and-play" resource capable of shifting priorities based on evolving business needs.
  • Deliver insights and analysis to inform capital structure evaluations, financing initiatives, and broader corporate finance activities.
  • Contribute to due diligence, integration planning, and analysis for potential acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and recommendations for Finance leadership.


Job Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.


Experience
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance, treasury, FP&A, consulting, analytics, corporate strategy, operational excellence, or related disciplines.


Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Required:
  • Strong financial aptitude, analytical, fast-paced learning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


Preferred:
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation.
  • Experience with SAP implementations or major ERP projects.
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (Power BI, DataBricks, Tableau, etc.).
  • Exposure to Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Working Capital Management, or Corporate Finance.
  • Experience utilizing AI, automation, and digital transformation tools within business processes.
