Full Job Description
Position Summary

You will build the analytical pipeline that turns Roivant's commercial and real-world data into answers to its biggest decisions. It's a role for high-agency people who thrive in a fast-moving environment, take ownership, and run hard at hard problems - with direct exposure to senior leadership and a front-row seat to watching your work change decisions that matter.

You'll be a key contributor in cross-functional problem-solving sessions, translating complex business questions into analytical problems and building the models and processes that answer them. You'll help shape our internal commercial analytics by writing highly optimized code and delivering innovative, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build systems in SQL and Python that pull signals out of commercial, claims, and electronic health record data automatically
  • Create durable, repeatable analytical pipelines based on senior leadership priorities and questions
  • Synthesize analyses into clear, decision-ready memos and presentations that inform strategic decisions around near-term commercial launches
  • Embed with decision-makers to quickly ship analyses, and iterate in tight loops on the highest-priority questions from Roivant and Vant leadership
  • Present your work to colleagues, communicating insights in a clear and compelling way

Qualifications
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Biology or another quantitative or scientific field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an analytical or quantitative role
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Familiarity with claims data, electronic health records, and diagnostic codes is a plus
  • Able to explain complex quantitative findings clearly to non-technical audiences, including CEO-level stakeholders
  • Intensely curious, resourceful, and motivated

Context

Roivant is preparing to become the next breakout commercial-stage biotech, with several near-commercial assets approaching launch. Getting those launches right takes an unusually rigorous understanding of the commercial and real-world evidence that defines each market: what the data actually shows, not what anyone wishes it showed. It also takes the systems to keep that understanding current as the data changes.

This role builds both. It carries real ownership, direct exposure to senior leadership, and a path toward future senior roles across the platform.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time position. The role offers meaningful equity participation and a comprehensive company-sponsored benefits package.

Base salary will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market conditions. The expected base salary will generally be between $115,000 to $150,000 per year at commencement of employment, but the final salary offered may be outside this range based on individual circumstances.

This position is at-will and Roivant reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance and business and market conditions.

We will not accept unsolicited resumes nor outreach from agencies. Please do not send agency resumes to our website or Roivant Sciences and affiliated employees. Thanks!
