Full Job Description
KKR is looking for a Senior Private Markets and Insurance Investment Operations Analyst to join the Asset Liability Portfolio Services (ALPS) team in Brighton, MA. This role sits within Investment Operations and supports the day-to-day management, reconciliation, and oversight of portfolio positions across KKR's Credit business. The Senior Analyst will work closely with Fund Accounting, Controllership, and other internal teams, particularly around monthly and quarterly close. The role will also support investment lifecycle processing, GAV reviews, reconciliations, and operational controls. The ideal candidate has experience in loan operations, asset management, fund accounting, GAV review, or insurance operations. Experience with private credit, middle-market loans, structured products, or complex insurance structures is a plus. Responsibilities • Support the full investment lifecycle in Geneva, including trade and loan processing, GAV review, reconciliation, and month end close activities. • Provide operational support to Fund Accounting and Controllership during monthly and quarterly close. • Oversee offshore operational support teams and help ensure processes are completed in line with established controls, SLAs, and SOPs. • Monitor cash and position reconciliations and resolve breaks in a timely manner. • Work with internal teams on new products, complex transactions, and portfolio onboarding. • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and overall operational efficiency. • Maintain strong working relationships with global teams and third-party service providers. • Assist with other Investment Operations initiatives as business needs evolve. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred. • 2-4 years of experience in Investment Operations or a related area within asset management, investment operations, or a similar financial services environment. • Experience supporting the investment lifecycle, including: • Cash management and reconciliation • Corporate actions and restructurings • Loan processing and capitalization events • Credit activity such as drawdowns, paydowns, and rollovers • Monthly and quarterly close activities • Experience with complex fixed or variable rate income products, SPVs, CLOs, private credit, private equity, insurance structures, or SMAs. Systems & Technical Skills • Experience with institutional or alternative investment portfolio management and accounting systems. • Familiarity with insurance or asset management accounting platforms. • Experience with OMS/EMS platforms. • Strong understanding of cash reconciliation, P&L oversight, and GAV review/sign-off processes. • Experience working with third-party administrators and other external vendors. • Familiarity with Geneva and/or Wall Street Office (WSO) preferred. • Advanced Excel skills; AI tooling understanding a plus. LI-ONSITE This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance. Base Salary Range $75,000-$100,000 USD
