*This role is hybrid ~3x week onsite in Needham, MA
The Senior Analyst, Global Purchasing, will serve as a key operational support resource for the Purchasing team and Procure-to-Pay platform. This role will act as a Procure-to-Pay administrator, responsible for day-to-day system support, ticket management, and business user assistance, while also contributing to projects related to SOX compliance, new module implementations, and country or regional rollouts. Additional support or project work for the broader global purchasing and procurement team may be required. The ideal candidate combines strong system knowledge with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to support both steady-state operations and project work. You are eager to bring experience and knowledge to improve a historical system, can direct your work and be a self-starter, jump into projects, and are an analytical problem solver.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Procure-to-Pay administrator, providing day-to-day system support to the business and act as a primary point of contact for business users on Procure-to-Pay system related questions and issues
- Triage, process, and resolve Procure-to-Pay support tickets in accordance with SOX and internal requirements, including troubleshoot issues related to requisitions, approvals, suppliers, invoicing, and payments.
- Extract and analyze data from Procure-to-Pay system to generate reports and insights for management.
- Monitor help desk trends and user activity to identify areas for process improvement, identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. Improve support workflows and ticket efficiency
- Perform routine system maintenance, configuration updates, and user administration. Review Procure-to-Pay system release notes and implement new functionality as needed
- Partner with business stakeholders across departments and globally, as needed. Support user onboarding, training materials, and documentation. Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and support guides
- Provide guidance on Procure-to-Pay processes, policies, and best practices, with a focus on SOX compliance. Support SOX-related controls and documentation for Procure-to-Pay processes, such as assisting with user access reviews, control testing, evidence gathering, and audits
- Participate in projects for new Procure-to-Pay modules and country rollouts. Support requirements gathering, UAT, data validation, and go-live. Assist with configuration changes under senior guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 5 years supporting or administrating procurement systems. Coupa, Oracle, Ariba, Zip, Oro, experience preferred.
- P2P process knowledge and using a ticket-based system support experience. SOX or audit support experience preferred
- Proven experience in procurement processes, data governance, and system configuration (approval workflows, user roles, integrations).
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay best practices and standardized purchasing business processes.
- A track record of working collaboratively and productively with business partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills, and attention to detail for accurate reporting, and timely issue resolution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders and vendors

Pay Range
$100,400-$122,800 USD
